COA LINKING AGREEMENT

If you are a COA accredited organization then you want everyone to know it!  After all, your organization meets national best practice standards for management and service delivery.  Why not link your website to the COA website?  This will make it easy for all stakeholders to find you and learn more about your organization.

Note: For a list of Hague Accredited or Approved organizations, please see the Department of State website.

Please read the terms and conditions below.

By submitting the organization's website address, the organization attests that it is currently accredited by COA (herein "Accredited Organization") and agrees to the following, regarding the linking of the COA website with Accredited Organization's website:

  1. Accredited Organization agrees that COA may maintain a hypertext and/or graphical link on COA's web site to the web site(s) operated and/or maintained by and/or for the Accredited Organization; and for that purpose, to use the trade names, trademarks and service marks of Accredited Organization. In the event that COA fails for any reason to provide for such a link, the Accredited Organization's sole remedy is to request that such a link be had.
  2. Should Accredited Organization's website address change from the address submitted to COA, Accredited Organization must notify COA of its new website address if Accredited Organization wants to continue to maintain a link with COA's website, submitting the new website address to coainfo@coanet.org.
  3. Either party may terminate this Agreement for any reason, or for no reason.
  4. To terminate the Agreement, Accredited Organization must notify COA of its decision to terminate the linking arrangement, submitting the notification to COA at coainfo@coanet.org.
  5. Accredited Organization agrees that other than identifying its status as an organization accredited by COA, it will make no other representation regarding its relationship to, or authorization by, COA, unless approved by COA in writing.
  6. Accredited Organization will be solely responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of its web site(s) and for all materials that appear on that site(s).
  7. Nothing in this Agreement limits the content appearing on the COA site, including but not limited to, the identity of any other organizations to which links may be had.
  8. COA reserves all rights other than those expressly granted in this Agreement, and no licenses are granted except as expressly set forth herein.
  9. COA will own all right, title and interest in and to all information that is created or collected in the operation of COA's web site.
