COA Standards for Private Organizations

The COA standards as applied to the operations at Brewer-Porch Children’s Center at The University of Alabama has given the administration an opportunity to examine best practice and improve the quality of care provided to clients. The COA review process is straightforward and allows for an honest appraisal of current practices, policies and proceeds and quality improvement for administrative and clinical operations. I recommend COA to any organization interested in quality programming and continuous manner of improvement.
