What are the rating indicators?

Rating Indicators:
The Substantial Compliance System uses a four-point indicator rating system to guide the evaluators in determining the adoption service provider’s degree of compliance with each standard. With prior approval from an accrediting entity or as indicated by a particular standard, an adoption service provider can be assigned a rating of “not applicable” (NA) for some standards. For descriptions of each rating, please see the Rating Indicators.
