Updated Standards for Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) Available for Field Comment

A panel of representatives from the EAP field identified changes needed to appropriately reflect the structure of and best practices for EAP organizations.

COA has been working with a panel of representatives from the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) field to review and update the standards for Employee Assistance Programs. The focus of the review was to identify changes that needed to be made to appropriately reflect the structure of and best practices for EAP organizations. This review included all of COA's Administration and Management Standards, the Service Delivery Administration standards and the EAP service standards. 

The standards will be open for field comment until March 27
