Anu Family Services, Hudson, WI

Using CQI to Drive Organizational Strategy and Innovation

Abstract: Anu Family Services is a Non-Profit Treatment Foster Care Agency serving children and families in 50 counties and six Tribes across Wisconsin. Formerly known as PATH Wisconsin, Anu has been COA accredited since our inception in 1992.

As a system of care today, we are legally bound to seek out, discover, engage, and support efforts to find permanency for children living in foster care so that no child grows up without a loving and lifelong family who claims them (Fostering Connections to Success and Increasing Adoptions Act of 2008). However, we know that all too often, this does not happen or efforts are woefully unsubstantial. In addition, these family search efforts are currently a public charge in an already overburdened system, which has chronically underserved children in this area of need.
